Every order is roasted to order and ships within 2–3 business days. You receive it at peak freshness — not weeks after it sat in a warehouse.
Peak freshness is 2–4 weeks after roasting. Stored properly in a cool, dry place, it will stay good well beyond that.

Specialty grade means the beans score 80 or higher on the SCA 100-point scale. Most grocery store coffee doesn't qualify. All of our roasts meet that standard.
