COMMUNITY SUPPORT

More than just coffee. Bilge Brew seeks to serve others.

This is a running record of the organizations, fundraisers, and local efforts we have supported. Not as a victory lap. As a clear record of where this business chooses to show up.

Sharing in the hopes of spreading awareness for these organizations and their cause. Consider making a donation of your own.

Supported K9 Retired Fundraiser

K9 Legacy Project

In-kind donation August 1–31, 2026 Auctions in August Fundraiser
Bilge Brew K9 Coffee Pack: three 12 oz bags of Bilge Brew coffee, one Bilge Brew mug, a $25 online gift voucher, and an all attendee discount code.

Why this matters

Military and law enforcement K9s search for threats, protect their handlers, serve their communities, and give everything asked of them. But when their working years are over, not every retired K9 has an easy place to land. Some are older. Some have medical needs. Some carry the weight of specialized training that makes a normal adoption difficult. Too often, the dogs who gave the most are left with the fewest options. That is why K9 Legacy Project matters. They provide lifelong sanctuary for retired military and law enforcement K9s who have nowhere else to go. Not temporary care. Not a quick placement. A real home, built around the needs of dogs who earned that level of commitment.

Bilge Brew EOD Coffee Locker: five 12 oz bags of whole bean coffee, a $25 online gift voucher, and an all attendee discount code.

Why this matters

We supported the Rota EOD Memorial Auction because it raises funds for organizations serving EOD technicians, Navy special operations families, wounded warriors, Gold Star families, and veterans transitioning after service. As a veteran-owned company, Bilge Brew respects the mission and the people keeping that community connected overseas.

Supported Deployed Service Member Support

Nebraska Army National Guard Deployed Unit

In-kind donation 2026
Ground coffee support shipment for a deployed Nebraska Army National Guard office area in Djibouti.

Why this matters

We supported this deployed Nebraska Army National Guard team because access to good coffee can make a real difference during long days, night shifts, and deployment routines. Bilge Brew was built with the military community in mind, and this was a direct way to support service members currently overseas.

Planned Veteran PTSD / Healing Support

Heroic Hearts Project Gala

In-kind donation October 2, 2026 Heroic Hearts Project Gala
Planned remote coffee sponsorship under discussion: coffee for event service, possible auction item or gift card, logo materials, and attendee offer card if logistics make sense.

Why this matters

Bilge Brew is exploring support for Heroic Hearts Project because their work focuses on veterans dealing with PTSD and the search for better paths forward after service. As a veteran-owned company, we believe veteran support should extend beyond slogans and into real organizations doing difficult work.
