We roast to order and ship as quickly as possible to make sure your coffee shows up fresh and ready to work. Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it to your doorstep.
Returns on Coffee & Consumables
Because coffee is a perishable, consumable product, all coffee and drink items are generally final sale.
That said — if something isn’t right, I want to know about it.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re genuinely unhappy with your purchase, reach out. I’ll personally review it and we’ll figure out a fair solution. That might mean:
A replacement bag
A refund
Store credit
Or something else that makes sense
No corporate scripts. No runaround. Just real communication.
