ourced from a farmer-owned cooperative in the Amazonian Andes of Norther Peru (JUMARP) — 189 members, organically grown. Clean cup. SIGNATURE ROAST reflects the region: medium acidity, smooth body, lemon brightness, herbal notes, and a grounding chocolate finish. Approachable but not boring.

Unlike darker roasts that lean bitter or heavy, SIGNATURE ROAST is roasted for balance, keeping the body smooth and the acidity controlled. It works well across drip brewers, pour-over, French press, and automatic coffee makers, making it an ideal everyday coffee for homes, offices, and shared spaces.
