ADMIRAL'S BREW is sourced from Cafe del Macizo — 59 lifetime growers in Planadas, Tolima, nestled in the foothills of Colombia's Cordillera Central. These farmers have worked the same land for decades, and it shows in the cup.

Dark chocolate up front. Mango and peach in the finish. Rounded body with nice complexity for a medium roast. Clean enough to drink black. Interesting enough to slow down for.
