Uganda—This coffee comes from the Rwenzori mountains of Uganda and is grown at 1,500 to 2,000 meters above sea level. It is a washed 100% Arabica coffee made from SL28 and SL14 varieties, with a full, balanced cup and notes of brown sugar and caramel. The coffee comes through the Busongora North Coffee Farmers’ Cooperative, a farmer-owned and governed cooperative made up of more than 500 participating families. The result is a traceable Uganda coffee with real origin, real structure, and enough body to hold up as a daily cup.
