ALL HANDS — Blonde Espresso Light Roast
Sweet. Bright. Built for espresso.
ALL HANDS is a blonde espresso blend — a lighter-roasted blend from Central America and Africa, designed for espresso drinkers who want a brighter, sweeter shot without the heavy body of a dark roast. Also works well as a pour over.
Less bite. More sweetness. A different gear entirely.
Built for espresso drinkers who find dark roasts too heavy, baristas pulling shots for milk drinks, and anyone who wants a sweeter, brighter cup.

- Grind fresh if you can. Pre-ground loses flavor within 30 minutes of opening. Whole bean + a burr grinder is the single biggest upgrade you can make.
- Watch your water temp. 195–205°F is the target. Boiling water scorches the grounds and turns good coffee bitter. Let it sit 30 seconds off the boil.
- Use a ratio, not a scoop. 1 gram of coffee per 15–17 grams of water. Too weak? Go 1:15. Too strong? Go 1:17. A cheap kitchen scale fixes this permanently.
- Freshness window is real. Peak flavor is 7–21 days post-roast. That's why we roast to order. Don't stockpile — order when you're ready to brew.
- Store it right. Airtight container, room temp, out of direct light. Not the freezer. Not on top of the stove. Both kill flavor fast.
